At the same time, devices of the following color solutions are initially launched on the market - Blue to Black, Silver Gray to Black. In all cases, there is a color gradient, the model looks unusual.

Glossy insert around the screen, combined with matte plastic around, looks stylish. On the sides there is a silver insert, the same color is the area around the camera on the back.

The slider opens with ease, the mechanism of automatic movement adjustment is smooth. The phone measures 99x47x15.5 mm and weighs 95 grams. The device fits easily into pockets, it cannot be called large or too tiny, the golden mean. The build quality, materials are good. For its class and price, it is absolutely excellent.

On top end there is an eyelet for a strap, a regular 2.5 mm headset jack and a charger connector (2 mm) are placed on the right side.

Display

The front panel of the phone houses a screen standard for budget solutions from Nokia. The size of the display is small (28x35 mm), it is made using TFT technology and has a resolution of 128x160 pixels, displaying up to 65,000 colors. The screen has a good level of brightness (cannot be changed), although the picture is grainy, but you can get used to it. We were pleasantly surprised by the viewing angles, they are almost maximum - even with a strong deflection of the display, the picture on it is practically not distorted.

The screen fits up to 7 lines of text and 3 service lines. The screen fades in the sun, it is difficult to read it, but it is quite possible.

Keyboard

The function key block is different. Recessed into the body, large, easy to press, smooth travel. Delight, and nothing more. A circular indicator is inscribed in the navigation key; it lights up during operation. The number keys are ordinary, medium in size, they have a good stroke, soft pressing. Nice keyboard... Backlight white, relatively uniform, the markings are visible in different conditions.

Battery

The device is equipped with a BL-4S 860 mAh lithium-ion battery. According to the manufacturer, the phone can work up to 24 days in standby mode and up to 3.5 hours in talk mode. If you use the model as the main phone and make about 20 minutes of calls a day, as well as listen to the radio for 1 hour a day, then the device works on a single charge for about 4-5 days. Battery charging time is about 1.5 hours.

Menu

The main menu of the device can be presented as a vertical list, next to the name of the menu item on the left there is a small icon. Some submenus can be presented as vertical lists with large icons, with small icons, or as a matrix of icons. When moving through the menu, there are no visible slowdowns. The phone menu has quick navigation using number sequences, in addition, there is a "Go To" function, which is a list of frequently used tasks that the user has the right to delete and add on his own. It is also possible to assign access to the desired menu items from standby mode to pressing the right and left function keys, as well as the navigation key.

Phone book... You can save up to 1000 contacts in the phone book, but the number varies downward. It all depends on how much information is recorded on one contact. For a contact, you can fill in the first and last name fields, enter up to 5 phone numbers with a choice of the type of number for each of them, up to 3 e-mail addresses, web page address, organization name, position, official name, alias and postal address. In addition, for each contact it is possible to write down the date of birth, a small text note, and also assign a picture or photo. The contact can be placed in one of the user-created groups. For each group, not only a name is set, but also a picture or photo, as well as a call melody.

The phone has a speed dial of up to 8 numbers. Contacts can be moved from the SIM card to the phone book and vice versa. The phone book is searched for by the first letters of the name. Contacts in the list can be displayed in one of three ways: only in the form of first and last name, in the form of first and last name with a number mobile phone, as well as the first and last name with a small thumbnail assigned to the contact.

The photo assigned to the contact is displayed in a small window for outgoing calls, missed calls and incoming messages. When a call comes in, the photo is displayed almost on Full Screen, only there are small margins at the top and bottom.

At the bottom of the screen, icons are displayed, through which you can select the content that will be placed in the message. The device supports multi-sending of messages, contacts are placed in one field separated by semicolons.

In addition, the device supports flash-messages, when the text will be displayed immediately on the screen of the recipient's phone. There are also audio messages: you are invited to dictate it through a dictaphone, no longer than 1 minute, and send this entry by MMS. The phone has message templates, it is also possible to create your own templates.

The device has a built-in mail client, it works with POP3 / SMTP protocols. There is support for attached files. The phone only understands letters in Unicode format. But in the absence of an alternative, you can use it.

Call list... Here are the standard lists for 20 received, dialed and missed calls. Calls from the same number are not combined, but displayed separately from each other. The numbers to which messages were sent are also stored here. In addition, in this section there are time and data counters.

Gallery... Simple file manager, files are divided into folders. It is possible to add your own folders.

Calendar... It is possible to view events both for a month and for a week with a breakdown by hours. In addition, you can view a list of all events. For an individual event, you can select its type (meeting, call, birthday, note, remind), record the topic (up to 160 characters), place (up to 50 characters), start and end date and time. You can also select an alert sound and a pre-reminder time for the event.

Affairs... It is possible to write a subject (up to 160 characters), set the priority (high, medium, low), set the date and time and turn on the alarm with the ability to set the time of the preliminary reminder.

Notes... Here the user gets the opportunity to create simple text notes, the maximum number of characters should not exceed 3000.

There is also a simple calculator, stopwatch with intermediate values ​​and countdown timer.

Applications... There are three games here: the Galaxy Balls arcade, the legendary snake Snake EX2, and the puzzle game Sudoku.

In addition, it is possible to install your Java applications both via WAP and via a PC. The only disappointment is the low performance of Java in the phone, however, this does not affect the speed of the simplest games in any way. The phone does not support Java 3D.

In folder "Collection" there is a unit converter, an application for accounting for personal finances, as well as a catalog program for the purchase and subsequent download of new pictures, melodies and other content via the Internet, there is a preinstalled Opera Mini.

Internet... This section contains the simplest WAP browser.

Multimedia... The FM radio is located here, it can run in the background. There is automatic search radio stations and the ability to store them in memory (up to 20 radio stations). You can turn on the radio playback through the speaker, but only when the headset is connected, since the headset wire is used as an antenna. The reception quality of the built-in radio is good. Recording from the radio to the device's memory is supported.

Application availability music player, in the absence of a memory card looks somewhat naive, there is no real use for it.

Phone settings

There are 6 profiles in the device, each one can be adjusted by the user.

Themes... The device has 7 preinstalled themes that allow you to change appearance menu (color scheme and wallpaper). In addition, it is possible to download additional themes from the company's website.

Call signals... It is possible to select the type of signal: normal, rising, single, short or silent. From here, you can set the ringtone, volume, and enable vibration. The vibrating alert can work in parallel with the melody.

Display... For the display, you can choose one of the pictures as wallpaper, a screensaver and a color scheme.

Bluetooth... The machine has bluetooth module version 2.0, it works without any problems, the device easily connected, transmitted and received data from other devices. There were no problems when working with Bluetooth headsets either.

What did not like

The battery holds a charge for no more than 2 days with the duration of calls per day no more than 40 minutes, the receiving antenna is weak, the camera is below average, etc.
