The cost of the service is 1 ruble per day. For customers on tariffs of the All Inclusive family, the option is provided free of charge.

The function is available for connection on all Megafon tariff plans. By the way, if you have a separate "Call waiting" option on your phone, you will not have to pay for it, since it is included in the standard set of all TPs of the telesystem.


There is no need to activate Call Hold, since this function is already present on any Megafon tariff by default. If for some reason the option does not work, go to the settings of your device and uncheck the "Prohibition of Call Hold" item. You can also remove the ban by sending USSD * 520 #.

There are several ways to configure the Pending function:
