UTM - a universal transport module for data transmission to EGAIS.

You can download the UTM distribution kit in your personal account on the EGAIS website. Log into your personal account, go to the "Transport module" section and select the distribution kit suitable for your operating system... To start downloading, click on the link "Download the installer of the transport module ...".

Run the file of the saved UTM distribution kit as administrator.



Select the folder for installation, by default UTM will be installed on the C drive in the UTM folder. Click Next.


Select a folder in the "Start" menu to create program shortcuts, to go to the next step, click "Next".


Confirm the creation of the shortcut on the desktop and click Next.


Check the previously selected installation options and click "Install" to continue, or "Back" if you want to change the options.


After unpacking and installing the files, a window will open:


Enter the PIN-code of the user of the hardware encryption key of the PKI part, the default password is 11111111 (8 units) and click "Search".


Select the found certificate and click "Next". A window for configuring a proxy for Internet access will open. Specify the proxy service settings or leave the "No proxy" checkbox if you do not use it.

Errors occur. Most often they are associated with the operation of the universal transport module (UTM). One of the most common is not open. Let's talk about the installation of UTM, possible mistakes in its work, diagnosis and elimination.

Getting started: installing UTM

A universal transport module is a server running on your computer, which, in turn, connects to the EGAIS servers and is responsible for data exchange. The programs refer to the transport module. It can be installed both on a separate server in your network, and on the same computer where 1C or another program for accounting for alcoholic beverages is running.

Download the transport module better in personal account site http://egais.ru. There you can always find the current version. To log in and work with the PC, you will need a JaCarta key with a working certificate, an installed JaCarta client, Internet Explorer 9 or later, Windows 7 or later. Run the UTM installation and follow the instructions. After installation, restart your computer.

From the moment the computer boots up, it will take some time to start the UTM services and establish a connection to the EGAIS server, after which it should work.

If the installation is successful, you will be able to access the transport module page. You can get to it in the browser: the address of the UTM EGAIS server is 127.0.0.1:8080 (localhost: 8080). If the transport module is installed on another computer on the network, you can refer to it in the format computer_address: 8080 (for example, server: 8080 or 192.168.0.254:8080). In any case, the port of UTM EGAIS is 8080. You do not need to change it, otherwise some programs will not be able to find the transport module. Not all solutions allow you to manually set parameters.

UTM EGAIS does not work

You cannot get to the UTM page, programs cannot receive and send data. This indicates that the universal transport module is not starting. The reasons may be as follows:

  1. UTM services (in particular, the transport service) do not start;
  2. UTM EGAIS server address is used by another application (port 8080 is busy);
  3. Connections to the UTM EGAIS address are blocked (services are running, the port is open, but the programs do not see the transport module).

It is easy to find out about problems in the operation of the transport module: in the programs 1C, BuchSoft and others, the message "Enter the correct address and port of UTM" will appear. How to diagnose the problem:

  • IN command line enter netstat -a -b. We find the address and port of the UTM EGAIS: 127.0.0.1:8080. The -b option will show the name of the executable file of the program that is using the port. If indeed this port is used by another program, it must be disabled or reconfigured. If it doesn't work, install the transport module on another computer where the port is free;
  • Disable Windows antivirus and firewall. If after that the transport module works - allow in their settings to connect to the address 127.0.0.1;
  • If the port is free, but the UTM EGAIS still does not work, reinstall it. An error could have occurred and it is easier to repeat the process than to look for the cause.

The transport module is installed and working, but invoices are not received, acts and requests are not sent. This means that UTM does not connect to the EGAIS service. We read the logs:

  • If the transport module is on the computer, the folders c: \\ utm \\ transporter \\ l, c: \\ utm \\ monitoring \\ l and c: \\ utm \\ updater \\ l;
  • For Atol HUB-19 and similar hardware transport modules, the actions are described in the instructions.

The logs contain messages about the lack of connection to the server. Reason: EGAIS port is not open or connections are blocked.

The transport module for data transmission on the Internet uses the protocolHTTPS. Servicetransport connects to the addresses of the EGAIS server:utm.egais.ru and update.egais.ru.

How to open the port of EGAIS

Port 443 is intended for the HTTPS protocol. The reason for its inaccessibility, disconnection of connections or unavailability of the EGAIS service in general may be:

  1. Windows Firewall;
  2. Antivirus;
  3. Internet connection setup.

Disable firewall and antivirus, restart transport module. If it works, you must:

  • Add its services to trusted applications or antivirus exceptions;
  • Open connections to remote port TCP 443;
  • Allow or add addresses of EGAIS servers to firewall exceptions.

Let's check the third point: go to the page https://utm.egais.ru in any browser, having previously disabled the antivirus and firewall. If you see a window asking for a certificate or the string "SSL_ERROR", the address is available. Configure your firewall and antivirus.

If the pages do not open and the messages "No connection to the server" continue to appear, then the Internet connection is not configured correctly. Depending on its implementation, you can open the EGAIS port in different ways. In any case, connections to the addresses utm.egais.ru:443 and update.egais.ru:443 must be allowed.

The transport module may have received invoices before the failure. Save them so you don't have to send them again later. Better customize backup module databases by third-party tools.

Conclusion: the main thing is that UTM works

Make sure that the Windows firewall and antivirus are correctly configured in all places where the programs for working with the EGAIS and the transport module are installed: they do not prohibit connections to servers on the Internet and port 443 is open to the local address of the UTM EGAIS server. Add addresses to the exclusion. EGAIS servers and make sure that other programs do not interfere with the operation of the transport module. By doing this, problems and downtime can be avoided.

If you have several divisions, then you need to generate an RSA key for each division on a separate JaCarta carrier with CEP.
If your subdivision is not displayed or is displayed with incorrect details, you need to contact the licensing authority of your region with a request to add the subdivision (at the place of business) to the register of FSRAR licenses.
If your organization is not on the list, then your organization does not have a license to sell alcohol or you are an individual entrepreneur.
To add an organization or individual entrepreneur and get an RSA key for it, you need to add it in the "Contractors" section.

Select the certificate of your organization and click next.

19. At the last stage, UTM will finish installing the required components.

20. As a result, six shortcuts should appear on the desktop to launch UTM.

When you turn on the PC or reboot, you need to run three shortcuts with the word "Run"

  1. For Google Chrome, reload the extension (disable and enable) and check the settings;
  2. For Internet Explorer go to the "Security" section, select "Other", activate access to data sources outside the domain and restart the laptop to start the updates;
  3. Find the transport.properties file in the PC, run it with Notepad and write the asterisk (*) symbol in the line: access.control.allow.origin \u003d. Save the document and restart the transport module.

It is important to remember that UTM does not work without the update module, so for convenience, place its shortcut in a visible place on your desktop.

Three reasons why there was this situation when working in EGAIS:

  • the sender (supplier) entered an incorrect FCPAR Identifier, which serves as the number of the outlet in the system;
  • the entrepreneur updated the transport module as a result of the invoice that has not yet been processed and was automatically deleted;
  • the store administrator applied a different program to work and she cleared the documentation list.

If the phrases "WayBill" and "FORMBREGINFO" appear on the monitor when unloading the waybill, then you need to send a request to technical support and report the problem.

Solving problems that arise when working with the transport module

Can't open a module or data is not entering the program? The reason may lie in blocking the connection of the UTM address for EGAIS or its use by other applications.

First, make sure JaCarta is on the PC with the transport module installed.

Try to open the UTM in several ways, for example, using the menu in the lower left corner of the desktop, where you will find the module icon and by clicking on it, load the required page or do it through the "Control Panel" and "Administration" sections, and in the "Services" section find the line: Transport-Updater, which is launched in two mouse clicks.

How to troubleshoot a problem that occurred while working with EGAIS:

  1. Disable Windows Firewall and antivirus program and enable them in the connection settings for the address 127.0.0.1;
  2. If the port is used by another program, then close it and update the settings for compatibility with the transport module;
  3. We made sure that the port is not used by any program, but the transport module did not work, then you need to reinstall it.

Also, the error "Wait for time is expired" and "ERROR es.programador.transport.h.e" may occur at low Internet speed, therefore it is recommended to change the provider or move the computer to a point where the Internet speed is more powerful.
