To begin with, I remind you that you need to order the manufacture of naked printed circuit boards. If you already have a diluted board, you need to export GERBER and Drill files. For each printed circuit board layer, you need a separate gerber file. The number of the Gerber file must match the printed circuit board layer. I use DipTrace to wiring boards and when exporting Gerber files creates files with such names:

Moreover, the BOM can be made from the Pick-and-Place of the file, grouped the same positions and exclude those positions that you do not plan to plan. For example, I have provided a place to install a JTAG connector, but the connector itself soldered only on a fee used for debugging.

The format of BOM files is different in everyone, but the following fields should always be present in it:
